Tibetan Sound Massage (45 minutes)

A deeply relaxing treatment using Tibetan Singing bowls, which are laid on your dressed body and struck with a gong. The vibrational sounds stimulate the parasympathic nerve-system and chakra activity, restoring both to harmony.

Tibetan Sound Bath (90 minutes)

In this meditative and soothing treatment two Sound Therapists use the Tibetan Singing Bowls to create an ocean of sound around and on your body. This encourages the chakras to rotate harmoniously, which brings a very deep state of relaxation and clarity of heart and mind.

Tibetan Sound Healing (90 minutes)

An advanced and deeply meditative treatment which is designed to clear unresolved emotional and psychological issues. After checking the rotation of your chakras, our Sound & Energy Psychologist will then proceed with a special treatment designed to activate the least developed of them. Using the effects of sound and energy medicine, up to three therapists will weave oceans of harmonious sound around and on your body. Whilst you are enjoying this, you may see images and memories of the past dissolving into the colours of healing.
